FULOKOJA Direct Entry Screening Form 2019/2020!!


This is to inform DIRECT ENTRY candidates who applied through JAMB and made Federal University Lokoja (FULOKOJA) their 1st choice that the University will be open on Wednesday, 24th July, 2019 to Thursday 29th August, 2019 for the online submission of their bio-data, O’level and IJMB/NCE/ND/Bachelor’s Degree result through the university website.



Candidates must possess five (5) O’ level credits in subjects relevant to their desired course of study at not more than two sittings. Credit in English Language is compulsory for admission into all courses in Federal University Lokoja.

How to Apply for FULOKOJA Direct Entry Screening Form.

  1. Candidates must have a valid personal e-mail address before starting the application process.
  2. Visit fulokoja.edu.ng
  3. Click on Admissions, then select 2019/2020 admission portal.
  4. Login with your valid JAMB Registration number to confirm eligibility.
  5. Update your personal details and previous academic records as requested.
NOTE: Upload a RECENT and CLEAR COLOUR PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH WITH RED BACKGROUND IN JPEG FORMAT ONLY. The photograph uploaded will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidates throughout their stay in the Federal University Lokoja.
FAILURE TO UPLOAD THE PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION.
  1. Generate your RRR [Remita Retrieval Reference] payment invoice (Application Fee of ₦2,000.00)from the Admission Portal
  2. Proceed to any bank of your choice that offers REMITA services with your printed invoice and process your payment with your generated RRR.
OR
Visit www.remita.net, click on Pay an Electronic Invoice, enter your RRR and process your payment with your ATM card.
  1. Return to the University Admission Portal and confirm your payment.
  2. Print out your Direct-Entry Application Slip

Adekunle Ajasin University 2019/2020 Post UTME Screening Exercise


This is to inform all UTME and Direct Entry candidates who applied for admission to Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State, for the 2019/2020 academic session that registration for the Admission Screening Exercise will commence from Monday, 15TH July, 2019.
Candidates eligible for the Screening exercise are:



• Those who made Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) their institution of first choice in the 2019/2020 UTME and scored 180 and above;
• Direct Entry candidates who chose AAUA as their institution of first choice; and
• Those who sat for the 2019/2020 UTME, scored 180 & above and are willing to change and make Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko their institution of first choice.

NOTE: Candidates who did not make Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, their institution of first choice initially, but are willing to choose AAUA, should make the necessary change of Institution on JAMB CAPS to AAUA not later than 15th September, 2019.

All eligible candidates are to visit the University website www.putme.aaua.edu.ng, to register for the screening as from Monday, 15th July, 2019 after making a payment of N2, 000.00 (two thousand naira) only.

Guidelines to Candidates for On-line Registration
i. Candidates should log on to the University’s admission screening portal www.putme.aaua.edu.ng with VALID JAMB Registration Number to Create Account and generate Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) to make payment at any commercial bank;
ii. Please note that the candidate’s UTME Registration Number and the Full Names (as it is on JAMB Slip) should be correctly provided at the point of payment and registration.
iii. Candidates are to obtain a print-out containing the RRR number from the Bank upon payment of N2, 000.00 only.
iv. After successful payment, candidates are to return to the University portal to complete Bio-data Form online.
General Instructions to all Candidates
i. Candidates are advised to correctly upload their O’Level results and current passport photographs on the portal. A maximum of two (2) sittings is allowed in the case of O’Level requirements. The image format for the passport is JPEG and must not exceed 50kb. The passport photograph must be clean and clear without glasses and cap/head tie.
ii. AAUA accepts WAEC, NECO and NABTEB O’Level results.
iii. Candidates awaiting O’Level results may also apply but must upload their results as soon as it is released on both the University portal and JAMB CAPS for seamless admission processing.
iv. Candidates are to click on Admission requirements to check on O’Level and UTME requirements for their course of choice.
v. Candidates who did not comply with the UTME subject combination are requested to change to their desirable course on JAMB CAPS to be considered for admission.
vi. Candidates are advised to read the O’Level requirements of their courses and select the right FIVE subject combinations for their courses, which must include credit passes in English Language and Mathematics for all courses in AAUA.
vii. Candidates should ensure that the on-line form is carefully completed, following ALL necessary instructions, as “mistake(s)” may be seen as misrepresentation/falsification of documents, which shall lead to disqualification.
viii. Candidates are then to print-out evidence of completion of transaction and keep for future reference.
ix. It is compulsory for all candidates to participate in the online screening exercise to further qualify them for admission by the University.
SPECIAL NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS
The registration for the online screening exercise commences on Monday, 15th July, 2019 and ends on Thursday, 15th September, 2019. Candidates are advised to provide valid and active email addresses and phone numbers (without DND). The University will not take responsibility for failure to get information as a result of invalid email addresses and non-functional phone numbers.

FULOKOJA Post UTME Screening Eligibility.

FULOKOJA Post UTME Screening Schedule & Requirements.

  • The Federal University Lokoja Post-UTME Screening Exercise for the 2019/2020 Academic Session will take place from Monday 2nd September, 2019 at the University premises (Behind Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Lokoja).
  • The screening will be purely Computer-Based (CBT) and in batches.
  • Candidates are expected to adhere strictly to the specified date and time on the screening slip and also, be at the venue two (2) hours before the stipulated time for the screening exercise.

How to Apply for FULOKOJA Post UTME Form.

Registration is strictly online and commences from Monday, 16th July, 2018. The procedure for registering for the screening exercise is as follows:
  1. Candidates must have a valid personal e-mail address before starting the application process.
  2. Visit www.fulokoja.edu.ng
  3. Click on Admissions, then select 2019/2020 admission portal.
  4. Login with your valid JAMB Registration number to confirm eligibility.
  5. Update your personal details, number of O’Level examination sitting and O’Level Result.

Visit www.remita.net, click on Pay an Electronic Invoice, enter your RRR and process your payment with your ATM card.
  1. Return to the University Admission Portal and confirm your payment after which you will be automatically batched for the screening exercise.
  2. Print out your Post-UTME Screening Slip
  3. Candidates are expected to come to the Admission Screening Hall with a copy of the following items:
    • Post-UTME Screening Slip.
    • JAMB e-Registration Slip
    • JAMB Result Slip.
ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT on THURSDAY, 29TH AUGUST, 2019.
Candidates who pay after the deadline will not participate in the screening. All eligible candidates are expected to adhere strictly to the specified date and time on the screening slip.
Note that only candidates who participated in the Post-UTME Screening Exercise shall be considered for admission in the 2019/2020 Academic Session.

The Management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta has announced the commencement of processing of Post-UTME forms to all applicants seeking Full-Time admission into all National Diploma programmes of the Institution for the 2019/2020 academic session.

Kaduna State University (KASU) Post UTME / Direct Entry Screening Form for 2019/2020 Academic Session


This is to inform all UTME candidates who applied for admission into the Kaduna State University (KASU) for the 2019/2020 academic session that the University has commenced the sale of Post-UTME screening form.

KASU Post UTME Eligibility.


This online screening exercise is for candidates who chose Kaduna State University as their First Choice through UTME or DE.
All UTME candidates with relevant O’Levels results and an aggregate score of 170 and above are eligible for the screening exercise.

How to Apply for KASU Post UTME Screening.

Register for the 2019/2020 Session Kaduna State University P-UTME Admission Screening Exercise by using your JAMB Registration Number and also making sure you have a valid email address and a recent passport photograph.
 Login Using your JAMB Registration Number as username. For the password remove the first and last and the last alphabet from your jamb registration number and then use it as your password. (i.e, if your jamb registration number is 12345678IB, your password will be 2345678I).
Proceed to complete the registration.
 Candidates are expected to print their online screening slips carrying their passport size photographs as confirmation of completion of the screening process. Only those who completed the online screening will be considered for admission.
Candidates will be required to pay N2,000.00 (Two thousand naira only).

Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) Post UTME / DE Screening Form for 2019/2020 Academic Session


Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) Post UTME and Direct Entry Screening exercise for the 2019/2020 academic session.
Online applications are invited from qualified UTME candidates and as well as Direct Entry (DE) applicants.


AKSU Post UTME Eligibility.

  • ONLY Candidates who scored 160 and above in the 2019 UTME conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and Direct Entry (DE) candidates who made the Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) their First Choice Institution, are eligible for screening.
  • In addition, each candidate must possess at least five (5) credit passes including English Language at not more than two (2) sittings.
  • Direct Entry candidates must be holders of OND/NCE/HND/First Degree/ A Level in relevant discipline and subjects
UPLOADING OF O’LEVEL RESULTS:
  • All affected candidates are to upload their SSCE/NECO results online through the University’s website (aksu.edu.ng/portal) from Friday, July 12, 2019 to Friday, August 16, 2019.
  • Candidates are advised to ensure that their O’level results are also uploaded in JAMB Portal, appropriately. Any candidate who fails to upload his/her results will NOT be considered for admission by the University.

How to Apply for AKSU Post UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise.

The University portal will be opened for registration from Friday, July 12, 2019 to Friday, August 16, 2019. Candidates are required to register online for the screening exercise following the procedure below:
Visit http://portal.aksu.edu.ng to generate Pre-Payment Analysis Slip, by following the steps below:
  1. Click on REGISTER NOW LINK in the Login Page
  2. Select PUTME/DIRECT ENTRY in the Registration-Type Panel and click on PUTME link.
  3. Enter your JAMB registration number and click VERIFY.
  4. On the right hand side of the page showing your details, select CLICK TO MAKE PAYMENT and print the pre- payment slip so generated.
  5. Proceed to the Bank with the pre-analysis slip and inform the Bank teller that you wish to make fee payment for Akwa Ibom State University Post-UTME screening using e-transact.
  6. The Screening fee is N2,000
  7. After payment, repeat steps 1 to 3 above. The payment status on the right side of the page should now show PAID.
  8. Click the “>” symbol at the extreme right hand side of the page to proceed with registration process.
  9. Complete the form and ensure you clearly scan and upload the following documents (with sizes not more than 100KB)
    • WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Certificate/Result as may be applicable.
    • Certificate of origin.
    • 2019 UTME result printout.
    • 2019 JAMB DE printout (Direct Entry applicants only).
    • Diploma, NCE or A-level result or certificate (Direct Entry applicants only).
  10. Print three (3) copies of Registration Slip from the portal. This will serve as your screening It carries vital information such as the date and venue of your PUTME screening.
AKSU Post UTME Screening Schedule:
The Post-UTME admission screening exercise for the 2019/2020 session is scheduled as follows;
  • Screening for 1st Choice UTME candidates will hold from Monday, August 26, 2019 to Friday, August 30, 2019.
  • Screening Test for DE candidates will hold on Wednesday, August 21, 2019.
Venue: Main Campus, Ikot Akpaden, Mkpat Enin L.G.A.
Time: 9am daily.
Requirements for AKSU Screening Exercise:
  • Candidates are to appear for Post-UTME or Direct Entry screening exercise with the following:
    • Three (3) copies of 2019 UTME result slip or Direct Entry registration slip showing the candidates photograph in colour.
    • Three (3) copies of AKSU Photocard (Post-UTME or Direct Entry) screening schedule slip printed from the University portal, on completion of Registration.
  • When filling the application form, each applicant should endeavor to use his/her own phone number and valid e-mail address in order to receive timely alerts, messages and directives. Do not use those of a cyber cafe operator or any other third party.
  • All uploaded documents must be clear and legible. Blurred or unclear documents will lead to automatic disqualification.
  • Applicants who did NOT choose AKSU or change to AKSU as their University of First Choice in the 2019/2020 UTME or Direct Entry are NOT eligible for this exercise.
NOTE:
  • AKSU portal for registration of candidates for the screening exercise will be closed on Friday, August 16, 2019.
  • Candidates who do not participate in the Post-UTME screening will not be considered for admission.
  • No candidate with awaiting result will be offered admission in AKSU. Kindly upload your O’level results in AKSU and JAMB portals.
  • Early commencement of registration is advised to avoid congestion close to deadline.
  • Misrepresentation/falsification of documents is a serious offence. Candidates are, therefore, advised to submit genuine documents only. Anyone found guilty of this offence will be disqualified automatically and handed over to the Law Enforcement Agencies.
  • Candidates are strongly advised to adhere strictly to the guidelines stipulated above for successful completion of the online submissions.

Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Post UTME Screening Form for 2019/2020 Academic Session [ND Full-Time]


The Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu hereby announces to the general public, especially its prospective students, that it has commenced the sale of forms for the 2019/2020 academic session post UTME screening exercise.



The screening exam which will be computer-based, takes place from Monday 12th August,2019 to Friday 16th August, 2019 by 8:am daily.

  • Select INTERSWITCH as the payment option and generate an INVOICE which contains a REMITA number. Then, proceed to ANY BANK and pay the application fee of two thousand Naira (#2000.00) only through INTERSWITCH platform under ENUGU STATE IGR payment.
  • Candidates can also pay using their credit cards through IMT Quick teller link: https:/www.quickteller.com/IMT
  • After payment, return to the portal www.imt.edu.ng and print the application form.
  • Every candidate must provide a valid Email and phone number.
