Interested candidates for admission must have 5 credits at not more than two sittings in SSCE/NECO/NABTEC examination.Which must include English and Mathematics in addition to the following requirements.

1.DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY

The O’ Level requirement for Department of Electrical/Electronic include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any other two (2) subjects from the following:
Economics, Geography, Further Mathematics, Chemistry,
Biology/Agricultural Science, Computer Science, Government/Civic Education.

2. DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY

For the Department of Industrial Safety and Environmental Technology include Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics and any two (2) of the following:
Biology/Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronic/Basic Electricity
Auto Mechanics, Metal Work, Woodwork (for Civic Engineering Technology),
Further Mathematics, English Language, Geography, Economics/Commerce.

REMARK/ WAIVERS: FPOG requires the following subjects for Industrial Safety and Environmental Technology Department: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

3. DEPARTMENT OF PETROLEUM MARKETING AND BUSINESS STUDIES
Candidates are required to possess five (5) O’ level credits which include Mathematics and English Language with any three (3) of the following:
Economics/Commerce/Marketing
Biology/Agricultural Science/Chemistry/Physics
History/Government/Civic Education

4. DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
In the Department of Computer Science the subjects include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any other two (2) subjects from the following:
Economics, Geography, Further Mathematics, Chemistry,
Biology/Agricultural Science, Computer Science, Government/Civic Education

5. DEPARTMENT OF STATISTICS
