All completed off-line application forms for the Bowen University supplementary screening exercise must be submitted at the above centres on or before Friday, 15th July, 2016 with the following:
i) Photocopies of:
a. relevant credentials including 2016 JAMB DE Registration slip / UTME Result Slip
b. Birth Certificates
c. Receipt of Bowen University admission form
ii) Additional passport photograph and
iii) The Yellow copy of the Acknowledgement Card

Venue/Time for Bowen supplementary Screening Exercise 2016/2017

All applicants are to appear for the BOWEN University Supplementary Screening Exercise 2016/2017 to be conducted by the University on Saturday, 16thJuly, 2016 at the following Centres:

c. Faith Baptist College,#1 Rumuaparaeli Street, Beside Holy Rosary Secondary School, Old GRA
Port-Harcourt, Rivers State.
d. First Baptist Church, Area 11, Garki, Abuja.
e. Baptist Girls High School, Missions, Idi Aba, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
f. The Ethiope Delta Baptist Conference Secretariat Complex, Amukpe, Sapele.
g. Baptist College of Theology NTA/TV Road, Benin-City
h. Gilgal International School, Shelter Afrique Extension, Mbiabong, Uyo, Akwa –Ibom State.
The screening of candidates will start at 9.00am in each of the venues.

Supporting Documents for Screening

Candidates are requested to come for the supplementary screening exercise 2016/2017 with the following; their Blue Acknowledgement Cards / On-line generated Acknowledgement Forms and both the originals and photocopies of the following:
a. SSCE/NECO O/L Results
b. Birth Certificate
c. 2016 UTME Result Slip / Direct Entry Registration slip
